Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

This place is very amazing, quite Neighborhood, restaurants and stores 10 minutes away, beach about 25 minutes. The pool is well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. The house was clean, the beds are comfortable. The house has everything we needed.

This is a great house. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is spacious, clean and very relaxing. It was close to Englewood Beach and much more. The pool was great and it was so nice to eat outside in the evening. I definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed seeing a wildlife and it was nice for us that they providing binoculars to observe the Wilde life . The house is also very comfortable.
