We had a wonderful stay at Maud’s home in august 23. Everything about the home was perfect for our family stay (including 3 small children) - what wasn’t obvious from the photos is the pool cover which is retractable and hidden, this was brilliant for our little ones and we felt very comfortable knowing we had this for the pool. The home had everything we needed, air con, comfy beds, great kitchen and of course the outside space was excellent, pool was heated. Lovely size and the outside kitchen was great for the day. The location was great for exploring, Bordeaux Centre was a 20 minute drive, arcachon 45 minutes and of course all the vineyards on your door step. (The kids lovely seeing the variety of animals in the field at the end of the garden, whcih belonged to chateau malartic - also worth a visit!) Over all if you are thinking of booking this property, do it, it was just perfect for us and our family for a great holiday exploring the area and also just having “pool days”

This place is amazing! The house has it all: very cool design & vibes, big kitchen, windows that open all the way so the inside is the outside and vice versa, 4 rooms with their own bathroom, airco everywhere, a large and nice swimming pool and on top of the bill: an outside kitchen and bar! We got an instant vacation feeling. The location is very good: close to Bordeaux (park your car and get a free ticket for the metro that drops you off in the centre), close enough to the beach for a day trip, .. but at the same time part of a small village with a butcher, bakery, supermarket, ... everything you need. The house itself is located at the end of a street so it looks like you're in the middle of nature. Prepare yourself for some friendly visits of the animals farms in the meadow next to the house. Maud is a very friendly, helpful and kind person. She was clear in her instructions (which were limited because everything runs by itself) and very responsive when we had a question.

Superbe maison moderne situee dans un lotissement tres calme. Ideallement placee en bordure de lotissement ce qui vous donne une vue sur les arbres. Aucun vis a vis. Piscine au soleil toute la journee. Matelas et parasols de qualite. Cuisne d'ete et table exterieure Coin super sympa. Grand salon climatise et cuisine ou l'on peut se refugier lorsqu'il fait trop chaud 3 chambres a l'etages toutes avec salle de bains (sans WC). Un seul WC a l'etage. Une chambre en bas avec sale de bains sans WC Tres bonne maison pour 8 personnes. Boulangerie et quelques commerces a 10 15 minutes a pied. Grand supermache a 15 minutes en voiture. Grand parking. Aucun probleme Maud et fabien ont ete tres tres sympatiques et on tout fait pour nous rendre un sejour super agreable. Maison idealle pour reunion de famille et groupes d'amis Attention. Escalier pour aller a l'etage assez dangereux a decoseiller aux enfants en bas age. Nous nous sommes tous fait mal au moins une fois au talon d*achille. On apprend vite a les descendre en biais......

Très belle maison moderne agrémenté d'une magnifique piscine chauffée et d'une cuisine d'été. Chambres vastes avec pour chacune une salle de bain. Propriétaire très conciliant et très accueillant. On recommande cette location.
