Flat seize was as described. There is no key box for self check in and the fact that it was in an estate was not mentioned in the listing. This listing has no contact number because it was supposed to be a “self check in”, so we had a not pleasant time at the gate as we could not provide contact number for the listing and could not access the flat at the property under the scorching sun. It was dirty, chicken bones, broken glasses, not clean beddings and toilet. We used one towel for three nights between us. This was my first time using airbnb, this listing and probably the last. The flat is a considerable walking distance from main activities though there are few shops along the street. If you’re use to constant noise of power generator, good. Benjamin is the guy you deal with regarding this flat. Ben is the ultimate good caretaker, understanding and willing to meet your needs and always apologising even for mosquitos bites. The apartment and the location is very nice but the water is not clean I must say, in fact I have to always call for them to get me water from the next neighbour before taking my bath or cooking. The house keeper (Uche) is a wonderful guy, he's always available and making sure things get done. Well done to him

Omolafe’s place is nice, spacious and comfortable with a competitive price. The location look safe and secure. Omolafe seems very nice. Uche the security guy is helpful and always there. Point for improvement is in the area of equipping the apartment with basic needs for an apartment (cutleries and sanitary materials in general). There was always power supply, only need is to try and use on gen to cut down on the number of times the power is switched/changed over. Overall is a great place to stay.
