The apartment is small but the terrace is great. Don’t expect too much from the apartment itself. It is very basic but has the basic needs. A great pro is that you can use the sun beds and parasols at the private beach for free. Also boat renting is very nice. Please know that you have to pay a deposit of €200 in cash when you arrive. Also, the airconditioning is not included in the price. If you wish to have airconditioning, it’s €8 per day. Next to that, you have to bring your own bed sheets when you’re with more than two people.

Aussicht und Lage ist super. Freundliches Personal. Möglichkeiten für Wassersport ist vorhanden. Ruhig und gemütlich.

We rented the apartment for a short stopover on the Lago Maggiore before heading on to Switzerland for easter skiing. We found the place very charming with an impeccable location directly on the lakefront with a very nice view from the terrace. Because we only stayed for two nights our overall experience is a bit limited but I imagine it to be a wonderful experience for a lakeside holiday for a family of four. The hosts were very friendly and willing to make great accomodations for the guests: Even though we arrived late from the airport they kept the little restaurant on the lake open so we could get dinner! It was also a very nice spot to have breakfast on the two mornings that we spent there.

This was a bed and breakfast kind of listing, except that it did not mention it clearly. It was a wonderful holiday flat but we were looking for private houses and this was proper B&B. We were asked to submit our ID's on check-in which was only until 7pm. After this, the reception was closed and opened only in morning. Otherwise, this was a very good place to stay.

Alles wie im Netz gezeigt. Wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Durch die etwas erhöhte Lage fällt etwaiger Strassenlärm nicht ins Gewicht. Genügend Liegen und Schirme am Strand. Etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleidung, Küchenausstattung nicht sehr üppig (Salz und Pfeffer lieber mitnehmen). Alles in allem gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Jederzeit wieder!
