Wir sind jetzt schon das 3x in der Unterkunft gewesen und sind jedes Jahr begeistert, kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt - 3 min zum Strand - liegen inklusive - Küche und Kühlschrank top ausgestattet - wir werden diese nächstes Jahr aufs Neue buchen! :-)

The location is cool, although the flat itself, the room is small for one person or a couple. I guess my perceptions and expectations of flats are different from what they actually are. For some reason I thought there would be one or two rooms, but in fact one room-kitchen. This is my first experience, will now be more aware of this and what the price is. What can I say next to a huge beach, park, sports complex, lots of different cafes and restaurants. Great place for a summer holiday and accommodation.

Hi. First of all, at the agency they bearly speak English. When we told a problem to them, they misunderstood literally the entire thing and couldn’t respond correctly in English. About the apartment.. Pictures on Airbnb didn’t match with the exact apartment. We entered to our unit and it had 3 single beds. When we booked the place on AirBnb we selected a unit with a double bed. We resquested a few photos from the agent and she couldn’t send any pics from our exact unit. We’ve been told that we’re gonna get pictures whenever we book. Well, we still didn’t recieved any after booking. The first time we saw our unit was the day when we arrived. We realized that it has only 3 single beds. We were REALLY disappointed. So we went back to the agency to change our room for free, and they charged 100 euros for the changing to get the apartment what we have booked. For the inconviniance we asked for a discount or coupon, and they didn’t give us anything. So we had to pay more to get what we have booked… Another point: Before the departure we asked the agent if the pool was still open during our stay in September, and she told us YES. When we arrived we’ve been told at the agency that the pool IS NOT OPEN ANYMORE (til next summer). The reason we chose this apartment over another was the price and the thing that the pool would be still open… If we have known these information before booking we would have chosen another apartment to stay. There were more disappointing things just like the missing soup, cleaning chemicals, toilet paper etc., we couldn’t even wash our hands, we had to shop all these things. Cut to the chase.. we don’t recommend either the agency and the apartment, you can get a lot better place for this price.
