All in all it was pretty perfect. Everything was spotless and high spec, with a personal touch throughout. The location is also excellent, just minutes walk from the centre of Wells. We definitely intend to return!

A wonderful place to stay, far enough away from the centre but close enough to see the queue for the fish and chip shop! A beautiful property, with everything we needed and great parking. Thanks so much for the stay!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Presented to an extremely high standard. Adele’s instructions and communication were very easy to follow and access into the property was so easy. The views, especially the sunsets, are some of the best you will see anywhere. A definite recommendation. I went with my mum this time, but I know my husband would love it so I will hopefully be back again.

The property was exactly as described. Walking distance of all Wells-Next-the-Sea amenities and yet nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. The property was exceptionally clean and spacious and very well presented. The instructions for check in and appliance use within the property were very clear. Would definitely recommend.
