Charming place in an unbelievable neighborhood! So perfect for a work trip but would also suggest it for a little family getaway. There were 3 adults in the house and we all had plenty of room. Will definitely stay again!!! Also rent the golf cart! Worth it!!!

Communication with Eric was great, and check-in was very easy. The house is in a very nice neighborhood about 3/4 mile from the beach. Unfortunately there are no sidewalks on the street, although once you get to other neighborhood roads there are sidewalks. The pool is small but heated nicely. The kitchen is well equipped for a rental. As other reviewers have commented, the bedroom doors are an issue. One bedroom has a normal door and is right across the hall from a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with louvered doors and the other with no door at all, share a bathroom down the hall. If not for the bedroom doors and the lack of a master bathroom I would have given it five stars.

This is our 3rd year staying with Eric. We love this AirBnB. It’s a few minutes drive to the beach and our family spent hours every day enjoying the private pool. It’s a great place and great deal!

Our second stay here and we loved it! Get the golf cart! You can drive it to the beach, great restaurants, and ice cream! Totally worth it! We loved the quiet beaches and local parks/playgrounds too! House was spacious and the pool was a great addition for our kids too!
