Louis was responsive when messaged during our stay however the long note I received at check in felt somewhat hostile. Lots of warnings about various potential fees instead of a friendly welcome. The rental is on a very busy road by VT standards. Lots of road noise at night in the primary bedroom. The main living space is open with high ceilings. However not enough seating in the living room. There was a big stain on the living room rug and many more stains on the carpet in the loft room. The skeleton decor was a bit much. The laundry room hallway “bedroom” was frustrating. Uncomfortable bed. There is no door, just some curtains, and you have to go through this room to get to the primary bedroom, the game room, or the screened porch. The cleaning fee ($290) is extremely high considering the dead flies and wasps everywhere. Also the leak in the primary bathroom when it rained was concerning. All in all, interesting place but needs work to be a five star rental.

Without a doubt, my experience at this Airbnb was truly exceptional. The conversion of a school into a house with a spooky theme added an element of excitement to the stay. Living with David the skeleton was an amusing and quirky touch that added character to the space. The well-maintained hot tub provided a luxurious and relaxing escape, and the fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. The icing on the cake was the inviting game room, where my family and friends could unwind and have a great time together. All in all, this Airbnb surpassed my expectations. The combination of the imaginative theme, the pristine hot tub, the top-notch kitchen, and the enjoyable game room made it an unforgettable getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a distinctive and enjoyable retreat.

Louis place was clean and as a host he was very responsive and helpful. The location however was not really what we expected. There are sheer blinds on the master window that face the main highway so privacy is not really available. There is a massive skeleton in the living room that is a bit scary and the bed arrangements are a bit odd too but all in all the stay was good.
