This place is great if your looking to get away from kampala definitely recommend taking the boat over we drove and it was too much work lol so park your car across the water and take the boat over, it's much easier and it's like a 10/15 mins boat ride, unit does not have wifi or a TV just something to keep in mind but host said she would think about adding them so check before you book, other than that we had a great time. you can check out my videos review on my Tiktok @thewerefamily

Engines place is lovely place. surround by nature, pool and a beach. Near from town. Great place.

Superb stay at Eugenie's cottage! The place is a small paradise away from busy and dusty Kampala. Everything is even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the private beach in the mornings and the azure blue pool in the afternoons to unwind after a work session. Eugenie was a great host, helping us with every little detail. And her onsite employees made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible when she was away. I would definitely love to go back one day, and would recommend her place to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway.

Omg we loved everything during our stay. I literally felt like I was living a dream. The house is so beautiful, to the detail. The views are amazing and the place is so serene. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. There is an adventure park (lakeside adventure) a few minutes walk away where you can get to do rock climbing, high ropes challenge etc and eat some fish by the water so you get best of both adventure and relaxation . Dipping in then pool with a view of the lake and greenery and that fresh crisp air was everything. We also had the best host ever, she was so kind and sweet and made us feel at home !! I am so happy. Will definitely be going back soon
