If I was ever to describe the perfect private abode this would be it. If I could stay at this place year-round I would. If you like a little privacy and the most beautiful surroundings, this is definitely the spot. I wish I could keep it private for myself. The hosts are the nicest and most amazing people you will ever meet. Tilly will be your best friend too. :-) I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place was AMAZING! We loved chilling out with our dog in the tiny house next to the pond. It was so peaceful and everything was even better than we expected!

The place was perfect for just getting away, and relaxing. The view, wildlife, and simple peace and quiet from normal life was so regenerating. The place is not well equipped with amenities, which for us was perfect. If you expect to be, or need to be by things for entertainment, this is probably not a place for you. If you enjoy the simple things in life, and just enjoy the company of the person/people you are with, this will fulfill your needs. It was perfect for my wife and I, could maybe fit two children, but 4 adults would be a little small for. Derek and his wife were Awesome, and so was Tilly. I wish it was big enough for our whole family, I would love to show this to them in person, not just in photos. This will forever be a top get away for us. If the two of us come back to the area, we will stay here. Thank you, again.

We had a nice stay at the pond house. We have 3 pups and its difficult to find a place that will accept all of them and they desperately needed a vacation, so we really appreciated Derek allowing us to stay. I thought that I had booked for 5 nights and turns out I only booked for 4 and were unable to book an extra night as they had family coming, thankfully it all worked out perfectly.

The pond house was incredible! We had the best time staying in canon city with my husband and our Australian Shepard dog. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating; the views from the pond house itself are breathtaking! Mountains surrounding you 360°! We will definitely be back! Thank you Derek, Suzanne and Tilly for making our Colorado experience unforgettable!
