We had a wonderful stay at Will’s place for my mom’s 60th birthday weekend. It was so quiet, cozy, and perfect! The location to downtown shepardstown was great. We enjoyed walking around downtown and checking out local restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the periodic visits from the dogs! Will is a fantastic host. He replenished my firewood halfway through my stay without me having to ask! The treehouse is so quaint. Perfect getaway spot to escape the regular grind.

Cozy tree house it was peaceful and great location and access to everything we had a lot of fun my daughter enjoyed a lot with the nature and the dog was so friendly my daughter now asking to have a dog like this one 😊 was first time been in a tree house and definitely we will back thanks Will for the amazing tree house.

We had a perfect weekend at Will's treehouse. My husband has always wanted to stay in a treehouse, so I was thrilled to find Will's place about an hour from where we live, with an incredible nightly rate. Will greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property, telling us the story of how he built the treehouse. We saw his sawmill and flipped through his book on converting schoolbuses -- he's a truly talented guy! And it was such a friendly reception. We were so impressed with the construction of the treehouse. There are so many thoughtful details, like a well-stocked tiny kitchen, hooks right where you need them and earplugs for light sleepers who might be disturbed by the nearby train route. We had plans to leave the treehouse for a hike, but we were so comfortable there we stayed until we had to leave for dinner. We were also so impressed by Shepherdstown! The downtown area has great shops, and we had an incredible dinner at the Press Room. We will be back -- THANK YOU!

This was my second time visiting the treehouse and my kids and I had a great time!
