Sahib was a very gracious host and the property very nice. He went out of his way to make the stay memorable for my family. Having a culinary background, the food was great as well. My favourite part was the great outdoor space and hills where you can go for a trek to see the sunrise.

Truly not enough is in the description of the property to do justice to the beautiful farm and its people. The highlight of our stay was Sahib, the warmest, kindest host we have ever met at any homestay. He made sure our stay was most comfortable, treated us to the best bbq, and home cooked meals - so much so that I was no longer keeping count of what I was eating! We also had the opportunity to meet Sahib’s parents who were eager for feedback. The 95 acre property was heaven for us and our dog Tyson, who spent the entire time offleash. We interacted with the cutest farm animals, went harvesting crop, trekking. I also had the best meal of my life - piping hot misi parathas straight from the Punjabi rasoi (traditional kitchen with a clay firewood oven). The staff at the farm were also most courteous and took care of everything we needed. The room was cosy and perfect for the chilly winter when we visited. We missed a tractor ride and meeting Amrita, so will definitely be back! :)

What a beautiful getaway just near Chandigarh. It's a privately owned huge land with lots of trees and farmland. We were offered fresh produce from the garden in our meals. The meals were so decadent and full of homemade varieties. Sab is a superb host. He will organise special meals for you as per your wish. Him and his staff lived with us on the premises which felt very homely. They even arranged a hot water bottle in the middle of the night. They even filled the swimming pool just for us. Hence, we never felt unattended. The privacy and the silence is a big plus. The house had antique furniture and a well equipped bathroom. Overall, the stay is great, but what is the best, is the people and their love and care.♥️

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Unterkunft von Sab und Amrita verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Kilometer von Chandigardh entfernt im Grünen. Auf dem großen Privatgelände sind verschiedenste Baum- und Pflanzenarten gepflanzt und das ganze Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Hervorheben möchten wir an dieser Stelle nochmal den privaten Poolbereich. Der Pool wurde für uns mit frischem Brunnenwasser gefüllt und am zweiten Tag sogar liebevoll mit Blüten dekoriert. Wir konnten uns dort ungestört aufhalten und entspannen. Das Essen vor Ort war frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Einige Zutaten kommen aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Preise für Mittag- und Abendessen sind total angemessen. Sab sowie die Angestellten haben sich total gut um uns gekümmert, es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Wer Ruhe und Natur mit erstklassigem Service sucht, ist bei Sab und Amrita genau richtig.

Perfect property to have a private, quite time with your family. Property owner (Amrita and her brother Sahib) made us feel like part of their family. In the evening over few drinks Sahib gave us the tour of the property and also told about the history of the place and interesting facts. It's a huge farm land (around 95 acre if I'm not wrong) and their residential block is right smack in the middle sorrounded three sides from mountains and one side from greenery and vegetation. While approaching the property would would never imagine that something like this could be built here. Huge swimming pool that gets filled with fresh bore well water on demand is a cherry on the top. No strangers to share pool with, no chlorine water. Fresh water everyday as they use swimming pool as their reservoir to water the greenery all around. Lots of peacocks all around which was a pleasant siting for our daughters . We celebrated our younger daughter's 3rd birthday at the property and Amrita was kind enough to decorate the poolside and arrange a private time for our family . Perfect setting. Food is homelike, no flashy unhealthy food at all. Cost is quite reasonable as well. The room is huge with a huge washroom and dressing area. There is AC is the room along with an indoor cooler and you can use them as per your liking. Being a remote area, the electricity does go out almost everyday for 1 or 2 hours, however, they have inverter backup on site for all the lights and fans which can last multiple hours so thats not an issue. During checkout we happened to meet Mr Cheema (father of Amrita and Sahib) and he Is down to earth as well. He shared his future plans about expanding the property and even were open to take suggestions and feedbacks. I think the peipery is pet friendly (but you better check with host first). I would revisit again with friends and family.
