Great place for large gathering. Gracious hosts provided us with extra mattresses, bedding and towel since we were a group of 24!

The house was a great size for our big family. We stayed as a family of 16, 6 kids and 10 adults. It was very spacious and never felt crowded. The kids loved having all the space to run around. All the rooms were very nice, as were the bathrooms. The bathrooms are nicely updated and modern. There’s a wood fireplace in the living room next to the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting by it throughout our entire stay. On the first day we checked in, we knew the firewood wouldn’t last for our stay, and the host was great about bringing us more wood right away. Our only complaint was that the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We were looking forward to using it, and the host assured us before we came that it was working, however it was broken when we arrived. The host was good about giving us $100 refund for not being able to use the jacuzzi. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Had a great stay at this home. The property manager was quick to respond to my texts and send people out to fix whatever issue we had (no hot water, but it was an issue with the propane tank and we were good to go the next day). The first floor shower is missing the glass that surrounded it on the 1st floor so water gets all over the place unless you did what we did and lined the floor with towels to soak it up. Also the dishwasher did not work as far as we could tell. Other than that we loved it. The best part was the huge hot tub. You can seriously fit 10-15 people in it and the LED lights were really cool at night. The fire pit was a great place to hang and we got to see a bear one night and a family of deer hanging out with us in the back yard every day. It's super close to all of the bars and restaurants near the lake (7 minute walk to Nick's or Shenanigans).

This property management should be avoided at all costs. When we arrived, there was a dirty towel on the stairs, trash bag upstairs, decorations from the previous guests, and only two bath towels for 12 people in addition to a broken sofa bed and broken hot tub. We reached out multiple times to the host prior to staying after reading recent bad reviews to ensure everything was fixed and available. We were continuously reassured that everything was available and working. After we arrived, we contacted them about the issues and it was then that they informed us that amenities such as the hot tub and sofa bed were broken. We spent the majority of our first night communicating with the host and having them come to the house to deal with issues that never ended up being fixed. The maintenance worker who arrived to fix the hot tub stated that we could “bypass the heat function” by placing our own hot water in the tub after he dumped massive amounts of chlorine into the hot tub, but said that it would only work for a few people and definitely not for any more than 8 people. Additionally the bedroom above the garage had a leaking ceiling and no AC which was never communicated to us. The lack of AC made the bedroom unusable as we were staying during a heat advisory of temperatures as high as 90 degrees. We ended up having to have our guests move the bed to the laundry room and sleep on the floor. At this point we could not cancel the reservation as most of us traveled several hours to this location for the weekend. After checking out I reached out to air bnb first about a refund for the missing, broken, and misrepresented amenities. Air BnB support tried to reach out to the hosts but they never replied and therefore they suggested that I reach out to them myself. When attempting to speak to the host politely to communicate our concerns, we were met with unprofessionalism, rude remarks, and accusations. The host continued to claim that we were staging our concerns, “cooking up stories”, and turn the issues back on us. Eventually we were able to get a 17% refund from Air BnB since the host would not respond professionally. It took almost a week and a half for me to achieve some sort of resolution. Do not book this listing or any property from this host.

Overall was a good stay clean and spacious home. Unfortunately the Hot tub did not work during our visit however, the host and airbnb made up for it. Some amenities where also broken/had missing pieces.
