Styled in a classic and old fashioned way, this apartment is few steps away from the Duomo and Santissima Annunziata square, close to all the main attractions. It's part of a residence on the first floor of an historical building with an elevator. Accessible with authomatic entrances. Easy access to wi-fi and air conditioning. Just 2 minutes walk from the Duomo, the apartment is part of a residence on the first floor of an historical building with elevator. On two levels it's styled in a fine classic way to match the typical Tuscan terracotta floors. The living area on the ground floor has a very spacious living room with a double sofa bed, ready to be used if needed, and a wardrobe. In the kitchen area you will find all the equipment in the shelves (glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, stoves), induction hobs, a sink, a dishwasher and a washing machine. We also provide a Nescafè coffee machine and some pods. On the first floor instead you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower; in the adjacent room (upper level of the living room) instead there are two twin beds. Few little steps divide the two bedrooms. Facing the street the apartment results very bright in the day; if you would like to enjoy your sleep you can close the shadows and have all the privacy you need.

Really nice flat right by the Duomo, so the location is fantastic. Towels, body wash, shampoo all provided. Nice and spacious. Air con unit in the bedroom was set to 25 degrees and it was hard to figure out how to turn this setting off (maybe instructions for the remote would be good), but once off it was fine. My main niggle is that I was asked to throw out the rubbish myself 200m down the road, when I paid £35 for cleaning. I don't think this is a fair expectation when I have paid extra for cleaning. I couldn't find this bin area, so unfortunately had to leave the tied up rubbish bag inside the flat.
Everything was great, thanks a lot to Marco, I will definitely book this apartment again if I will come back to Florence.
Ho soggiornato da Marco alcuni giorni con delle amiche, host gentile e preciso… sono stata bene! Appartamento in pieno centro e a 1 minuto dal duomo…
The hostess was very friendly, the location was perfect . The only problem was with the poor maintenance, the air-conditioning, the hydromassage,the heater in the bathroom wasn't working normally. Hostess when i told him about this issues replied me tommorow, i will fix them but wasn't the appropriate time for that. Generally recommended place.
El alojamiento de Marco es perfecto para una estancia tranquila en Florencia. Es limpio, la cama es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario en la cocina, incluye lavadora y aire acondicionado, simplemente perfecto Para ir a las habitaciones tienes que subir escaleras estrechas, para nosotros no hubo inconveniente pero puede ser difícil para personas mayores o niños. Está cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, lugares turísticos, básicamente caminamos cómodamente a todos lados Marco fue un gran anfitrión, tomamos un tour por la Toscana con su equipo y nos encantó todo! Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Marco en nuestra próxima visita

We are just 20 minutes walk from the train station (and tram stop) and very close to San Marco Square and Santissima Annunziata square, important for buses and taxis.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city centre, accessible by walk or taxi.

The apartment is located in the ZTL (traffic limited) area, so to enter by car you have to park in one of the private parking lots near the apartment so that they can register your license plate with the municipality and not incur in fines.
