Brad was a great host. Very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The place was also nice with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house while a family member was in the hospital. It was easy to get back and forth quickly and was a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and updated. Tub was a bit slippery and uneven on the bottom so it may not be the best choice if you have unstable footing. This is a wonderful small home and I would recommend it for a small family to stay in.

I loved staying here, I had initially chosen one of his other listings, but it had already gotten booked. Brad was kind enough to reach out to me and recommend me this amazing property. I had such a great time visiting Wichita and it left me with an unforgettable experience. The community is extremely kind and if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed.

This house is really nice, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Don’t recommend for toddlers. This place is definitely for a good Rest & Recovery from big city life. Downside: does NOT have seating for any dining:( Beautiful kitchen. Lastly, the first bedroom flooring is uneven and at an incline. Recommend sleeping with your heads at the footboard to avoid feeling like your heads are sinking backwards.
