Logement douillet dans un grand espace très bien aménagé pour les enfant (grandes salles de jeux et structures extérieures). Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la météo, mais Liz et David ne peuvent pas en être tenus responsables. Une voiture est nécessaire pour rayonnrr dans la région, même si des vélos sont mis à disposition. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de toute la famille.

Fantastisch voor kinderen van 2 tot ongeveer 7/8 jaar. Grote aparte speelruimte met veel speelgoed, ballenbak, verkleedkleren etc en boven een keyboard, gitaar, airhockey, tafelvoetbal e.d. Buiten hebben ze geiten en kippen, 2 speeltoestellen,2 trampolines, hangmat,tafeltennis tafel en een groot verwarm zwembad. Rose cottage is voorzien alle gemakken, maar helaas wel enorme schinmelplekken op de muur in de badkamer en tv werkte helemaal niet en ook terras buiten was niet schoon. Voor grote supermarkten moet je naar Parthenay en Poitiers, minstens een half uur rijden. Wel kleine supermarkt in Vasles en goede bakker (boule Blanche is erg lekker brood). Aanraders: Geants du Ciel (roofvogelshow) in Chauvigny en Terres des Dragon in Civaux, beide ruim een uur rijden. Weekje was echt voldoende voor deze regio.

Liz is a wonderful host and there's so much about the place that is perfect for families. The gite is brilliantly equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool was lovely and the playroom was fantastic for our young children - great to play in on hot or rainy days. The outdoor play area was full of options for them to enjoy but much was quite tired and a bit of maintenance on things like the bikes would also help. The girls were sad not to be able to enjoy the ponies but enjoyed the abundance of frogs in the lovely front pond.

We had wanted to stay here since seeing it on Help I bought a village and our stay didn't disappoint. The gite we stayed in was beautiful and had all we needed for our holiday. We made good use of the outdoor swimming pool, as well as the games room, bikes and outdoor games like table tennis. The location was stunning and so peaceful. Would recommend a stay here and look forward to visiting again.

Merci a Liz et son mari pour leur accueil, ils sont adorables et disponibles. Cottage très agréable, cosy et la literie est confortable. Attention tout de même, en hiver a bien se couvrir car le couloir est froid et quand le poêle s'éteint, sa caille 😉. Mais c'est le charme de l'ancien. Les extérieurs et "services" proposés sont topissime (piscine, salle de jeux enfants/adultes, air de jeux , trampoline, terrain de pétanque, four a pizza, barbecue, vélo ainsi que les animaux !) Un endroit très agréable et confortable pour les grands et les petits !!!
