Our family could have picked a better home away from home! Michael was extremely responsive to inquiries and local recommendations as well as going above and beyond with his service. The home itself was spectacular. We loved the private lake and wildlife as well as the solar heated pool and spacious outdoor entertaining area. The inside was very spacious and well laid out. Beautifully decorated!

Mike and Beverly are gracious hosts, and very responsive. Photos of the property don't do it justice. The main suite is immense. We loved having a peaceful morning with coffee on the lanai. Lake views always have some wildlife to enjoy. This property is in an established neighborhood with homes nearby, but manages to feel private and homey. Shopping and casual dining are conveniently located nearby within 10 - 15 minutes. Deltona is not impacted by traffic like some other nearby locales are. Daytona Beach and Orlando are within 45 minutes , with Orlando attractions a bit further on the southwest side of Orlando. We really enjoyed ourselves. Locally, Blue Springs State Park is a must, especially during the cooler months when the manatees are plentiful. Nearby downtown Deland is charming and an example of "old Florida." So is downtown Sanford. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice clean house. Too cold to swim, but there's been an unusual cold spell as of late for Florida. Michael was easy to deal with and quick to respond to any request.

We were very happy with our stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to cook meals. The Blue Spring State Park was close and the Kennedy Space Center was within a reasonable driving distance.
