There were initial hick ups regarding check inn. They have 2 bunglow and location map sent by them lead us to different bunglow then what we had booked But after that initial confusion, everything went superb . Deck Villa was fantastic . 270 degree Vaitarna water view from all the rooms . Bunglow is spacious , neat and clean. They have restaurant and provide full food package at Rs 1200 ( little costly ) . Manager Sandip was excellent and he was always available and made it sure that our stay was comfortable Approach road leading to bunglow is little difficult and only big vehicle are advisable. They should give more food options ( Continental and fast food ) in dinner and not just Indian . Infinity Pool is too good . Location is the X factor of this property . Deck attached to living room overlooking Vaitarna is magnificent. Overall , value for money for 1-2 night stay and family vacation .Can accommodate 9 people easily

The location is exceptional The view and weather were also fabulous considering we went during monsoons Sandeep & Promod were the perfect hosts. They were very responsive and accommodative , they went out of their way to accommodate some of our requests , we are very grateful We had a wonderful stay No rigid rules , we felt at home , we loved our stay! Some points to highlight - the property looks slightly bigger in photos than it in real life but it sufficiently accommodates 6 people - the house needs some maintenance ( nuts and bolts are loose , Faucets are coming off , leaking flush etc) - if you are travelling with a pet be mindful that there are many stray dogs around, they didn’t bother us in anyway but you may want to keep your dog indoors or monitor them closely when they are out , hence this word of caution

Perfect get-away amidst nature far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A beautiful villa with ample space and sit out areas to go along with a pool, couldn't ask for more. Enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Sandip was available on call and helped us in any way possible, caretakers too extend help in any way possible! highly recommended!!

Amazing location, clean and well maintained property, not too far from Mumbai. Worth a visit. The only thing missing was a hot plate in the pantry. They had everything else from a fridge to a microwave to a pool, all in great working condition and clean.

Had a great, relaxed stay. Particularly liked the location of the villa - lake was easily accessible. Hosts were communicating regularly and helpful in all possible ways. Will go there again sometime.
