Great spot, nicer than many of the other Brookside units we’ve rented. Host was super responsive and gave great instructions. Whole process was super easy, would definitely recommend.

What you get: A direct trail access top floor condo in one of the older Sunday River complexes. The unit was clean and the owner very responsive and accommodated a two-hour early check-in. A couple of areas for improvement: We wish that the building accommodated recycling—especially in 2024! The Wi-Fi was spotty, dropping and reconnecting during our stay.

We stayed in B407. The room is a top floor, corner unit. It is very quiet at night. The unit is very comfortable and clean. There are ski lockers on the 2nd floor, which is very nice. You can simply walk across the parking lot to get to the ski hill. Maybe a 100-150 foot walk. I used Maine Ski Lodging last year as well. They are very professional and sent several emails before and after to check in to make sure everything is okay. The location of the unit was awesome and I would highly recommend this place! We loved our stay! And we will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful ski-in/out location off the Roadrunner trail and near three different base lodges (White Cap, Barker and South Ridge). Unit is nothing fancy but gets the job done. Pool house with hot tub was a nice plus. Probably a little overpriced but we stayed the week between Xmas and New Years so that’s to be expected.
