Rose and Mat's place is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped for a large group. We were able to find everything we needed and there was so much to do on the property. Everything was very clean and the house was tastefully decorated. The views are AMAZING! Everyone in our group of 13 wants to go back!

A beautiful property in a great location. The views are spectacular. And it’s nice to be just 10 minutes away from Picton, where you can get groceries, find restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is plenty of space in the house. The game room is a nice touch. A perfect place for groups or large families.

I was in love with Rose and Mat’s beautiful property the moment I lay my eyes on it. It was the perfect size and amenities to host my 45th birthday. The room sizes, the cleanliness and the additional indoor activities made my guests feel we were at a retreat. Everything I could think of was in the kitchen . Ample cutlery and plates to have our meals. I wish the weather was better so that we could have also enjoyed the outdoors. The view from the windows and backyard was breathtaking !! I can’t wait to go back during summer. This will be a place I would love go back ! The only thing which was a little disappointing is the check out time- 10 am is a bit too early. I wish it was noon , so we wouldn’t feel so rushed. Rose and Matt would have been more flexible if another party was not booked on Sunday. We were given the keys on Friday much earlier though, which was just wonderful. Overall our experience was par excellence!!! Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts.

Rose and Mat’s place was perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom with comfy beds and there were so many spots either for privacy or gathering together that everyone had a great time. The game room was so much fun too! The kitchen had everything we needed, the view was amazing and the hosts were very helpful and responded quickly and proactively when we needed to communicate with them. We’re already thinking about having future family gatherings there.

This place was absolutely stunning!! My family and I enjoyed our annual weekend away in the County and The Cliffhouse was perfect for it. Rose was quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back again soon:)
