Das Trout Haus was a great place for our group to stay during our journey. It was near many hiking trails, local shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the Riverhouse and plenty of space in the yard for games. Neighbors were nice and the host was very detailed.

Jenna was an accommodating host. The place is in a great location and is large and spacious. The views are incredible and it's close to the mountain. There were some issues with the property, but Jenna was accommodating in remedying those. She was very responsive and helpful to our requests and inquiries.

NOT a luxury stay but the cabin is in a great location for Big Sky/Bozeman with beautiful river views. Serious water issues throughout the house. The water pressure and hot water was seriously lacking for our group of 7. Only 2 of us could take a shower a night as the hot water ran out. The master shower door binds and sounds like it’s going to crack. The main floor shower is inconsistent hot and cold and with a clogged drain - absolutely not usable. Other minor inconveniences include a toaster that doesn’t work, no paper towels, no sponge to wash dishes, no door handle on microwave, the fridge door is sagging, no place to take garbage, and a clogged filter on fridge water. While we enjoyed our family vacation, we were expecting the advertised “luxury cabin” that we (over) paid for.

Definitely out in nature and a beautiful location. We had a couple of missing minor items of Jenna fixed that up real quickly! There were also some critters but that’s what you want when staying in the open outdoors near the river! Hot tub overlooking the Gallatin is AMAZING.
