Friendly host, large house, great for family with children and gatherings. House was not in best shape, couch, rugs were dusty, I showed Angela the dust on the blinds, she replied “ I have not dusted those but twice in ten years.” I asked for a house cleaning and she charged me $200.00 After steam cleaning the couch and rugs, a really good dusting that I did after the 200$ cleaners. It was good, except the main floor bathroom, the skylight leaked really bad, and she did attempt to fix it with moderate success, However the wood has really rotted, and there was an odd smell. The LP furnace work the first week, but exhaust fumes got in the house, it may have been fixed, however the furnace broke at that time and we heated with electric heaters and the fireplace, which was smokey. The house lighting was poor, plus it’s in the trees. The house had air purifiers, but had a slight musty oder. In summary, a house that is large, quiet setting, child friendly road is non-walkable, helpful host

Angela's place has everything you need. Well stocked, clean, and a friendly place to enjoy. We had a great time staying at her place.

Diese Unterkunft hat gleichwohl uns Eltern als auch die Kinder begeistert. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden um sich mal etwas zurückzuziehen. Diese Menge an Sofas bzw. Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten habe ich selten in einer Unterkunft erlebt. Die vorhandenen Utensilien in den Bädern die Grundausstattung der Küche sind hervorzuheben. Danke für die Nutzung dieser Klein-Artikel ohne Mehrkosten. Somit konnten wir beispielsweise unsere Lieblingsgerichte einfach und schnell selbst zubereiten. Die Städte Santa Cruze und Monterey können von dieser Unterkunft schnell erreicht werden. Zur Küste selbst sind es mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten.
