Rustic Rhenock offers such a natural beauty, words fail me! We were awed every single day with the wonder of the place. Ideally placed on a small ledge, it offers a 180 degree view of the hills and their valleys! We would only hear nature around us. Our walks would yield so many new discoveries, variety of flora and fauna! We enjoyed the occasional pouring rain and amused at its thunderous pour! The sound of nature was musical to us and allowed us to digital detox too! While the beauty is so mesmerizing, the hospitality of the family is exceptional! They are very warm and inclusive, it was like a home away from home for us! Their constant attention towards us, the visible worry and help when our children got mildly sick, cooking yummy meals and ever helpful with connecting us to local people for our commute! Uncle ji and Aunty ji are such wonderful people, constantly engaged us in variety of conversations! And Padma ji with her bubbly energy has been very warm and helpful with knowledge and awareness of the place!!! And Munni ji has been very kind to us, helping us with a lot of chores! And Lukhi has been cute and adorable! Sumitra ji and ChandraKumar ji have been such great hosts, constantly checking on us and taking care of every detail! We visited the bazaar a couple of times and everyone were very warm and inviting, many started to recognise and give discounts!😄 We forgot about our house staying here, we left with unforgettable memories! And yes with a promise to ourselves to visit again! 😊 We simply had a marvelous time!!❤ Note: we attempted workation, but hills broadband can be unpredictable despite honest attempts by the hosts , Jio mobile data had been very handy!

This place is an absolute beauty. The view all around is mesmerizing. You can take walks around the place to a lot of small nooks and corners that lead to beautiful views with farms and fields. The host and her family were really wonderful people. They took care of us like their own family. The house is clean and very well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need. Definately one of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Can't wait to come back.

Chandra Kumar picked me up at the airport as he was in the area so things went well from the very beginning. The house is new and has a great view and clean air. Wifi was installed and working great from the day I arrived, so I could also take care of some work. Padma Didi and her parents were great hosts. She also went out of her way to cook my evening meals because I am a rubbish cook and there are no public eateries nearby. Very grateful to her for that. There are plenty of local walks and hikes to choose from, or you can hire a car and go further afield for sightseeing. All in all an enjoyable three nights at Rustic Rhenock. Many thanks to the hosts.

Awesome home with loving hosts and a 360° view and conducive weather. The location is simply spectacular and the family there are really nice people. We had the most lovely experience for the three nights we spent here. A wifi was being installed on the day we left so this luxury will be available for future guests. I would strongly recommend this property for anyone who would like to experience a Sikkimese traditional homestay. A big thank you to Vednidhi ji and Dhakmaya ji for all the love and affection and the great company and beautiful conversations with Padma Sharma and Rita Bahadur. We really enjoyed the bonfire evenings. A special Thank you to Chandra Kumar Sharma ji to whose credit this beautiful home has been planned and executed. We really enjoyed the one evening spent in your company and the lovely drinks. It is our honour to have met you all and really enjoyed all your inspirational stories of life.

Loved our stay at this beautiful mountain cottage. The view from the house is to die for! Let me highlight few points here: First i will list some positives: *Place is located in a picturesque area surrounded by mountains. *Sun rise and sun set view can be enjoyed from the lawn itself. * Rooms were tidy, spacious and well maintained * The host was very friendly and courteous. * One can enjoy Nepali food on demand. * The house was isolated from the rest of the village and the property was huge. * The Rhenock village itself was very clean and beautiful, we went for a hike in the morning and even visited two lakes which were nearby. * We had a bonfire in the evening and karaoke was available, the whole vibe was amazing Things to improve: * Local transportation facility could have been better. * Should include one complimentary meal. Though a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would love to come back again.
