Inspired by Bohemian lifestyle, our space exudes exuberance and energy with warm and earthy tones, low lying furniture and comfortable floor seating. The eclectic rugs and cushions, cozy throws and poufs, and the statement wall art and accessories add a sense of lush bohemian vibe apart from being a visual treat. This place will quickly become your new home away from home. Not only does it have a central location surrounded with abundant dining and shopping options, but there is plenty to do at home too. We have provided some games, a bluetooth speaker, a 43” TV with firestick, high speed WiFi and coffee table books for everyone to enjoy. We value comfort and precious time with family and friends, so we tried our best to create an environment built around those values for our guests to enjoy. LIVING SPACE The living space has a very open feel with double height ceiling and big French windows, which opens into a panoramic balcony with a stunning view. There’s an open kitchen with a wooden platform that extends into an abstract dining space overlooking the lounging area fashioned with an exposed brick wall and comfy intimate seating. The wooden staircase then ascends to the upper floor of the duplex. ROOMS The duplex features 3 bedrooms- 1 on the lower floor and 2 on the upper floor. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, a full length mirror, and a comfortable king size bed topped with mattress topper and luxe bedding for that extra cozy feel. Room 1- ROSA Inspired by winter sunset, this room is furnished in soft shades of pink, with a low lying bed, a French balcony with a captivating sunset view and an open dressing. Room 2- MEER Inspired by the lakes of our city, this room is furnished in blue with a chic island bed and a quaint dresser, a French balcony on one side of the bed and a glass wall on the other. Room 3- IRA Inspired by earthy elements, this master bedroom is layered with neutral tones and cozy nooks including a balcony (with a seating for two) wherein you could enjoy your morning tea or just get some air. Ira stays sun-kissed throughout the day and the bed consists of an inbuilt seating facing a French balcony with a splendid sunset view. KITCHEN Modern with stone counters, European-style cabinetry, brand new kitchen appliances include RO water purifier, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mixer grinder and all the cookware necessary to make a homely meal. The kitchen has an attached utility area that is equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack.
