Avena was a great host! Any time I messaged her she was very quick to respond with help. Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Parking was pretty easy too. The only downside is that is can be a little noisy if someone checks in next door but Avena would promptly and kindly let them know I was staying next door for work. I stayed there for five months and would stay again in the future.

Our host was very kind and gracious, the property is in a quiet part of town with lots to see nearby. The place itself was beautiful and immaculately clean, definitely wish to stay again sometime!

The hocus-pocus cottage was decorated so nicely. My daughter made the comment that maybe there would be a black cat in there but I told her there wouldn’t be because no one‘s there to take care of the cat because it’s a rental. Well what do I see when I open the front door? A stuffed black cat sitting on the sofa. Scared me for a second but we got a good laugh out of it. The place was small & quaint but had everything we needed and we didn’t really spend a whole lot of time there due to Breyerfest. The free offstreet parking nearby was convenient. Overall, we all really enjoyed it & I would love to stay again.

Very nice place, very nice host. Would gladly stay there again. Really appreciated the Britta pitcher of cold water in the fridge.
