Enjoyed my lengthy stay here. The place is cozy and clean. Great 180 degree views of the sunrise over the foothills from the loft bedroom. Kitchen was a highlight…updated, clean, and well appointed. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is in a more urban part of Santa Fe, but very close to the downtown attractions. I imagine the backyard toward the river is lovely in the spring and fall (i was there in the middle of winter) The only caution is for folks who are not comfortable with stairs, as the bedroom is on the 3rd floor and bathroom on the 1st floor.

This place is amazing!! It's so so gorgeous and well appointed. Regina is an incredible host, super responsive and a lovely person. I had everything I needed and wanted - well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and sturdy cookware. Cotton sheets and plenty of towels. Private, with beautiful views and in a great area close to shops and restaurants. Super clean and comfy. Couldn't ask for more! Thank you Regina for the most amazing stay.

We loved our stay at the Adobe Tree House. The house is spacious and welcoming with tall ceilings and big windows that fill the space with light. Outside, there’s a quiet patio that’s perfect for a morning coffee, and it’s a short walk through the property (past the goats, nesting Cooper’s hawks, and gardens!) to a side trail that joins the main river path. We had everything we needed for a month-long stay. Regina was a great host, and we’d be happy to come back again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this most unique and enchanting Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special treat. Tucked away among the trees was a true oasis of peace and tranquility. The craftsmanship was impeccable, from the kitchen, to the fireplace, every detail carefully thought out to create a cozy and comfortable living space. From the stunning views of the mountains from the windows and the stars at night on the porch, to the easy access to the river trail just a short walk away this space offered a truly unforgettable experience. Regina is helpful were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. I wish it was my house!

This was one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had. Very cozy and unique building with many fun and appealing finishing touches. A great place to relax and enjoy yourself, while being very conveniently located. Highly recommend!!!
