Right across the street from the ocean and complex offers a pool! Turtle Cove 133 is located in a private townhome community, which offers private beach access and a community pool for guests to enjoy. Just across the street on South Topsail Drive you will find a basketball court and a playground. To access the private beach access you will walk across South Shore Drive. Situated in Turtle Cove, this 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome is just a half-mile away from a handful of island dining spots, gift shops, a grocery store, and the Surf City Pier. On the first level you will find 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bath, kitchen with large stainless steel sink, dining area and the living room with a sliding glass door that accesses the covered deck with patio furniture. The top level offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, a private bathroom and a sliding glass door that access the open sundeck for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset. The third bedroom offers 1 twin and a bunkbed with 1 double & 1 twin. This room also has a private bathroom. Amenities include a smart TV in 2 of the bedrooms and a 55" Roku TV in the living room all with wifi capabilities, central heating & air, dishwasher, microwave, outside shower and patio furniture. Sleeps up to 6. Carport area will allow up to 2 vehicles. The complex has extra parking but it is first come first serve. **Bed & Bath linens will be provided** *Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival. -BEACH access right across the street/walkover for Turtle Cove Community -Community POOL with bathroom - Pool is open Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates are subject to change) ** Additional pool restrictions or unexpected closures may occur per the HOA, this would be out of our control and no compensation would be given** -Short walk to public park with playground, basketball court and soundside boardwalk * Check in time 3 PM. * Check out time is 10 AM. Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest. -One roll of toilet paper per bathroom - One trash bag per trash can -One roll of paper towels in the kitchen

The rental was really nice and close to the pool. It was a short walk to the beach via private beach access. Parking under the condo was great! Working with TI Rentals was great! They are very responsive. Handled all of our needs quickly.
The location was great for the pool and the beach. Plenty of parking under the condo for 3 vehicles, including a mini van. Always plenty of ice. Well appointed kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. I would suggest to do laundry when gone or at night, the washer is very loud.

This rental home was completely disgusting. From the moment we pulled into the parking area we were welcomed by a swarms of flies and maggots from overflowing trash bins. The area wreaked a nauseating odor. Once inside the home every surface was filthy. There was dirt, debris, and dead roaches under chairs, in corners, in door jambs, and on counters. The dishes, cookware, cooking, and eating utensils were caked with old dried on food. The sinks in the bathrooms had dirt on the countertops and water and soap residue on the fixtures. The showers were just as filthy. The home was supposed to have internet with wifi capabilities, however, there was no internet available throughout the duration of our stay. There was rainy weather throughout our stay which did not allow us to visit the pool or beach. During that time we could not log into our streaming accounts or devices due to no connectivity. We left two days early from our reservation because we had become overly frustrated and completely disgusted with the home.
