Michele’s place is stunning. A spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-furnished accommodation in an absolutely beautiful bushland setting, but still just a few short kms from Proserpine. Michele was the perfect host with clear and cordial communications throughout the process. We (my partner and dog) felt right at home from the moment we arrived at and only wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Michele for being such a great host. We’d have no hesitation staying at your beautiful guest accommodation the next time we are passing through your serene neck of the woods.

Michele & Steve’s property was beautiful. The shouse is well decorated and stocked with anything you may need during your stay! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We loved staying at Steve and Michele’s shouse. So many lovely details to make us feel at home and for our pup Roxy to be comfortable with a bed and toys! Everything was so lovely and we would definitely come back for a longer stay. The garden is gorgeous and our hosts were helpful and welcoming. We had initially planned to just get up and go (as this was a stop en route on a longer trip) but we felt so comfortable we stayed till check out and enjoyed breakfast including the fresh eggs that Michele thoughtfully provided.

We had the most wonderful stay at Michele and Steve’s place. The directions and check in were a breeze to follow. Michele greeted us on arrival and she provided so much knowledge of the area and pet friendly places we could take our pup. They have thought of it all and stocked the place with everything you need plus extra bits that make the place feel like home. We loved trying the eggs from the chickens for our morning brekky. We have stayed at a few dog friendly places and this is easily the best one we have stayed at. We all felt right at home here and hope to visit again one day ❤️
