Loved the location with great restaurants and the Katy trail within walking distance. The complex has a nice gym, secure parking, and a comfortable king bed. The desk in the living room was also nice for working remotely. The one major issue was the first code on the smart lock didn’t work and we were delayed getting inside by about an hour but Jen finally sent us a new code and all was good after that initial frustration. Other than that, Jen was very responsive from the first time I reached out to book and we hope to stay here again when we’re back in Dallas.

We enjoyed our trip to Dallas and got to see the eclipse from the adorable rooftop pool. Not heated but so cute. Jen was so helpful and encouraged some of my guesswork and made us feel comfortable. The place has very fun furnishings and decorations. Comfortable bed and bathtub, my two favorite things. Good lighting, nice kitchen. Great security and parking. The neighborhood is outstanding, two blocks from all the action on Knox street. Perfect location, highway is convenient but not noisy from room. Nice gym as well and the people in the office were helpful. Hope to return someday soon.
