my experience wasn't that good with the house expectation. It's a very old property needs renovation for sure. neither the furniture nor the house is as mentioned. Very dirty, filtd with dust, a lot of ants and lizards. the bedding provided is smelly and has stains(which happens when the things are too old). and another annoying thing is the house is not maintained by the owner not sure if it's the same with all the Airbnb in India. I had to communicate with 3rd party people for the house. But all the people I had to communicate were very polite and understanding and sweet. overall a mixed experience.
The home is located in a CALM SEASIDE SPOT, in a locality named Someshwar Village. The place is majorly populated by the residents and the locals of Mangalore. People around converse fluently in 2 languages namely KANNADA & TULU with a few of them decently fluent in HINDI as well. The house is a stone throw away from the beach.
