The villa was EVEN BETTER than we could have imagined! We came for the relaxing atmosphere and gorgeous views, and stayed for Massimo's incredible hospitality. Location is private and out of the way (you need a car, for sure). The access to the wine cellar was so incredibly useful! All of Massimo's suggestions for nearby places were spot on - he even helpfully called the local grocery store and had them stay open a little later so we could pick up a few items we didn't have. Incredible service. He also recommended a private chef and local winery that provided extraordinary experiences. It was too cold to use the pool, unfortunately, so we'll have to come back to do that soon!

Amazing stay at Fabricca is Massimo’s family Airbnb. It’s one of the most gorgeous place we’ve stayed at. The views are astonishing and the house has everything you need to spend a relaxed stay. Massimo has been super helpful and has kindly checked on us many times. We will come back for sure.

Our stay at this villa was a Tuscan dream come true! The villa is a sight to behold, with peaceful, picture-perfect surroundings. The compound has tons of character and charm, but has all the modern conveniences a traveler would expect. The host family were friendly and very welcoming, making sure everything was perfect. The hosted dinner was a great experience. Make sure to spend a few days just enjoying the villa and let the relaxing atmosphere melt your stress away. The drive going to the nearby villages was a delight. You will be pampered with views of gorgeous rolling hills. We can’t wait to come back to this paradise soon. Some tips: Try to arrive during daylight as it is a challenge to find the compound at night. There is a small general store in the village ten minutes away that carries the essentials (bread, bottled water, supplies) that you need. Don’t hesitate to book more days to relax at the villa in between your day trips.

Location is amazing, definitely need a car and it’s so worth it to see the surrounding areas. Host and family were wonderful and they took care of us very well! We took part in the family meal offered by the host, which was really enjoyable. Perfect place for a family with children. Host recommended a great vineyard/winery which we really enjoyed. Views from the Airbnb were spectacular. The host offered onsite oil and wines which was so great!
