Kevin was fantastic. He was communicative and very responsive and there was nothing I had to worry about during my stay. Had a little hiccup with the wifi and he took the steps to fix it immediately. The holiday house was perfect with a side yard for the pup and located on a quiet street. Even my "stranger danger" dog was at ease during the stay. I had everything I needed and I hope I have the opportunity to stay again! Military friendly!

5 Gladding Ct. is a comfortable and safe location on a quiet side street. It is in a pleasant neighborhood of small courts, one way streets, and interesting homes, and is in close proximity to stores and restaurants, with easy access to Rt 138.

What a lovely home… cozy and comfortable. The location was so much fun and being able to walk to Broadway and Thames street just couldn’t be beat! Loved walking our dog just a few blocks to the waterfront and park. The bridge and lighthouse at night were a delightful site. Hoping to do it again someday!

Historic charm with some modern upgrades makes this a great spot to call home while in Newport. Nice neighbors, convenient location, cozy indoor and out. Super pet friendly and Tesla friendly too! Loved Newportopoly! Kevin & Will are accommodating hosts.

My husband and I have stayed at Kevin's place for approximately three months. We have to emphasize ease and communications as factors that make us appreciate him as our host. When we arrived at the place, the high level of cleanliness is what we noticed first. It's one of the cleanest airbnbs we've stayed in. From a practical perspective, it's an antique house with all the important updates as in the laundry area, the bathrooms and the well-stocked, large kitchen. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure. And the thermostat works well. The beds are very comfortable and there is a solid inventory of sheets as well as towels - both bath and beach. There is a nice garden area with a table set and grill. Although the garden has a shared access way, there is plenty of privacy. We've enjoyed our stay at this lovely place in this quiet neighborhood just a ten minute walk to downtown Newport and a few blocks from the ocean at Battery Park. We would not hesitate to stay again.
