It was fine, we were using it as a base to visit family nearby so the location, while not much else in the area, really suited us. Could do with some basic repairs in a few places but ok overall. Sweena was very helpful and responsive.

The location is good and Sweena was very responsive. However, the experience overall wasn’t the best due to a few things. Hopefully they will take this in consideration and make some improvements. There was only 1 toilet paper provided for 5 adults and no spare TP were found. The fridge was filthy with old milk stains and mold. There were faint blood and black stain on two of the duvet covers. The heating system takes a while and was in the cold for a few hours. Sweena was helpful by bringing extra heater which helped to warm the living room up but felt cold in the other rooms.

Only annoying thing was that I wasn’t notified when the lock for the key was changed and had to wait 30 minutes to get into the house. Other than that everything was fine and was what it said it was.

Sweena was really easy to contact, very responsive and super helpful. Our main complaint was the place appears to have only been surface-level cleaned. For example we found wrappers in the bedroom and a used gum shield behind one of the drawers. The crockery in the kitchen was not very clean either, with some marks on the bowls/plates The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped - for example there were only limited glasses and the cups were very small. I would recommend this place for a short stay it you’re commuting, for 2-3 people. But as a group of 5 it was quite cramped.

Accommodation was exactly as described very clean and tidy would recommend.
