The place is beautiful and right on the water. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed the beach access. It is exactly as the pictures show. It is easy walking distance to town and quiet. It isn’t as inviting as some of the places we have stayed in the area. There are pots and pans but zero amenities like cooking spray or salt and pepper so keep that in mind if you plan on cooking. The mattress in the master bedroom could be traded out but the other beds seem fine. It was a fun spot to spend a few days of Spring break.

We traveled to San Luis Obispo due to a death in the family. It was a difficult and emotional trip for my family, and we looked forward to staying somewhere with a calming and peaceful environment. The view from this Airbnb is absolutely stunning. We drank our morning coffee, watching the waves crash on the beach. The easy access to the water and the beach is also spectacular. I highly recommend this Airbnb for the water views and access. We were also relatively close to restaurants and about half an hour from San Luis Obispo. A vacation services company and a local onsite facility manager run the Airbnb, and therefore it lacks the personal touches that other Airbnbs have, and communicating with the host requires some time. During our stay, the water heater was not working, and they sent a plumber out to fix the issue, after a couple days of cold showers. The furniture and decor are outdated too, but choosing to stay at this Airbnb is purely for the view, and it is worth it.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! Amazing view! The house itself was perfect. Those 1 star reviews made me apprehensive but I took a chance anyway and do not regret it one bit. Perfect get away from the city, the town is beautiful and easy going. Just relaxing and a great place to unwind. Beautiful view, cozy house. Literally on the beach, we were on the deck every morning and every sunset to enjoy the view and took the stairs down to the beach to walk around. Plenty of room for a large group of people, multiple living areas. The decor is vintage and feels like you’re traveling back in time to a simpler time. Will definitely be coming back!
