We loved this location! Close to Charlottetown (where we had most of our dinners) yet not too far from all our planned beach excursions. Wifi worked well and enjoyed the ability to make my coffee every morning before the family got going. Easy to get in a walk or a run over to Tea Hill. Perfect spot for my wife and 2 daughters, would definitely consider this place again. Thanks Vivian.

Nice clean house, would be nice if there was a smart tv to cast apps on to watch in the evening but over all very quiet and would rent the house again

As others have written this accommodation is located close to a large grocery store and other amenities, and close to Charlottetown. On the downside the highway in front of the cottage is busy and at times quite noisy. The cottage itself is pleasant enough but could use a bit of updating, ie bathroom, kitchen. The outside deck is a plus, but again, it too could use some work. Would have been nice to have a BBQ, but in fairness this was not listed in the amenities.

Our stay at Lupins by the Sea was wonderful! The location was a good springboard to most areas of PEI. It was quiet and very relaxing in every respect. The. beach nearby was a great asset. This house had everything a traveler would want and the interior was not only comfortable but new and attractive. We enjoyed the deck as well. We cannot imagine a nicer place for our first experience on PEI.
