My stay in Bryant, was one of the best experiences. I completely uprooted my life and moved from Arizona and stayed in Bryant. - A complete culture shock as well as landscape shock. My fourth day in Arkansas there was a tornado, it was so close to my work I could have died. Ben was so helpful and communicative and even had one of his maintenance reps help me find a shelter in case of future emergencies / disasters. I am looking forward to returning and extending my stay on Ben’s property. Thanks Ben & Alec!

Enjoyed my stay and Ben was a great host. The property was very well maintained and issues were handled very quickly. I stayed 8 months at the location. Very quiet neighborhood.

My stay at this lovely tiny home was so perfect. Quiet lovely neighborhood and friendly accommodating staff who do amazing at keeping the entire Indian Springs Park clean and beautiful. This house had everything I needed to make a long term stay very enjoyable. I’ll just add…. the king size bed was so comfortable! Also, if you’re a travel nurse like me, it’s a quick and easy drive to work, if you’re going to Baptist Health. I would stay here over and over again. I was honestly sad to say goodbye to this perfect little place.
