I spent a month in Zak's place while teaching at CUNY. Zak is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and attentive to anything. Zak was more than willing to help with anything. He went way above and beyond to help whenever it was needed. The apartment looks exactly as described in the photos with everything you need for a convenient stay. The place is located close to bus stations leading to Manhattan, Staten Island mall, CUNY, etc. It is also 1.5 km away from a great gym (introxx). I would love to come and stay with Zak in future opportunities. It really was an IDEAL Airbnb deal and I sincerely thank Zak for providing it.

Zak’s place looks exactly like the photos and it is clean and spacious. It is perfect for anyone visiting New York. The washer dryers were massive and worked perfectly and everything in the room was great. I am so happy that I stayed here. The bed was nice, washroom was super clean, and the room looked overall amazing. Also, Zak is such a kind and chill owner! He was helpful, responsive, and overall a joy. This place is a hidden gem that I found for my summer internship in downtown manhattan. Each day my commute was so quick and easy and I was paying less than any of my friends living elsewhere while staying at a beautiful place. I would give this place a perfect rating. If you want some good eats in the area try the following places: Royal crown bakery, joe&pats pizza, and lee’s tavern!

Great space and quiet neighborhood. I worked nights so I definitely appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Zak was very responsive to any questions that I had and was nice enough to bring my packages inside that I had delivered while I slept. Definitely would recommend the space to anyone working or visiting Staten Island.

Very clean and tidy. Pictures reflect space accurately. Great for long term stay. Quiet most of the time. Shared entrance and washer/dryer but everything else is private. No complaints, Zak was a great host. Would definitely recommend.
