This property is a place you would WANT to call HOME. It is well suited to family seeking space and quality of fittings. The place was cleaned like a 5 Star hotel, the amenities are 1st class, loads of the necessities. Stairs - need to be aware that all bredrooms are upstairs (internal) so not suitable for Wheel-Chair guests. Large pool room with seperate facilities, 2 x LARGE refidgerators , excellent LARGE deck for outdoor entertainment with unobstructed view North East across Lave Munmorroah. You NEED to have your own car but this is normal in this area. Short distance to beautiful lake walks, walking distance to shops makes it a great place to stay in this area. ***** Stars

Aquavista is a home away from home. It is perfect for a family or two to stay whilst holidaying in the Central Coast. The upstairs dining and kitchen open up to an expansive deck that overlooks Budgewoi Lake. The area is airy and filled with light. It is very comfortable and pleasant. The house has beautiful decor and is packed with all essential items and crockery! The house is situated in walking distance to the lake, coffee and pie van and restaurants. Louise is a very friendly host who is very responsive to your needs. Thank you Louise!

Our whole family loved the 3 story Budgewoi property. We loved the huge deck with comfy chairs and an awesome view, well equipped kitchen and sitting outside for every meal. The kids loved the pool table and the ping pong and having their own huge space downstairs. It was an easy walk to the river where the kids went fishing, coffee shops, Cole’s and an awesome pub. Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Louise's house in Budgewoi. It was absolutely perfect and ticked all the boxes for a memorable getaway. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, offering beautiful views of the surroundings. The location couldn't have been better. The highlight of our stay was the pool table, and the breathtaking views added an extra layer of charm to our experience. Louise's hospitality and her lovely home made our stay truly unforgettable.
