The location was excellent, and the apartment itself was clean and matched the photographs. Aside from that, the experience was negative. Initially, I received no information regarding check-in. When I arrived, I called Custom Care, who sent me instructions on where to retrieve the key, which indicated that it was in the same location as the apartment. There was no key when I arrived, so I had to call again. They informed me that I had received incorrect information and that the key was two kilometers away from the apartment, so I had to take a taxi to get there. In addition, they did not know the gate code, so I was unable to enter for an hour until a local resident arrived and gave me the code. When I arrived, several items listed in the description were missing (microwave, hair dryer, washing machine, drier), and I attempted to contact Forenom the same day. They eventually made contact six days later. The worst communication and information I've ever received from Airbnb booking.

I had to pick up the key at another location and needed a PIN code to get to the apartment that was not provided. Luckily a neighbor helped me out but host did not respond to my message. Otherwise the place was nice and very central.

We had to change locations right before arriving due to water damage at the location we originally reserved. The new location was in a great location, was clean, and had room for our family. It was slightly odd that there was not a shower curtain or toilet paper. I'd stay here again -- and bring TP with me :-)
