A pleasant surprise. I booked as prices were going up and later than I should have but got lucky. Kev and Wendy have made the place really nice, I loved the Lowry painting and clock; overall a really nice stay. They had thought of everything you might need, fresh towels, extra bed linen, iron, hairdryer. I had a view of the shops on the square from my window, but I didn't get to use the living area too much as I was out all day. The locals are friendly and it felt safe. St Paul's Square is perfectly located with access to a beautiful beach on one side, and right by a quaint town center the other. A short walk to the harbour, idyllic. I indulged in penny sweets at the local sweetshop, and walked through small old alleys that lead to different parts of Ramsey's town center. The bowling alley nearby was fun too, pool tables, and good snacks. There was a large variety of food places in town, Brunch was amazing. Lots of gift and boutique shops to explore too.

Well located and Kev was helpful with respect to check in. We were in a heatwave but the flat was stiflingly hot. It’s only really suitable for a couple as it is essentially one room with a double bed then double sofa bed, and then a bathroom and kitchen - I didn’t realise this when I booked! There are no other rooms. Flat was clean and tidy. Location in central Ramsey was a benefit but you are above a shopping precinct. Parking, when the barrier is working, is restricted to two hours. Plenty of roadside parking. Entrance corridor from street level door was scruffy - carpet missing. Overall, felt quite expensive for what it was, but it served a purpose.

Better than the photos! Kev was always in contact and communication was brilliant. Better than expected. Close to everything. Shop and food places in the square outside. Not far to walk to local pubs and other places to eat. Close to viewing points to watch the TT and MGP races if you stay here for that reason (that’s what we went for) the apartment had everything you need. Was like a home from home. Only downside was it was constantly boiling in there which made sleeping hard sometimes. Would take a fan next time. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Kev for a lovely stay

A very comfortable and clean flat in the middle of Ramsey. Handy for all amenities and just a minute's walk from the prom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy parking and the space was fine. It would have been nice to have two keys, though, as there are two locked doors to get in and we had to coordinate coming back in.
