DuPont point was cheap and in a great location. Close enough to the metro too. Would stay again

The host was very responsive, flexible and allowed us to check in our luggage prior to the official check in time (which I greatly appreciate!). Housekeeping staff was friendly. The place was clean and tidy, but a bit tight for two people. The shower space was quite small as well. The building is at the intersection of two busy roads making it fairly loud and noisy even past midnight. Also, I could hear the upstairs occupant walking around all night and during the early hours of the morning. I could tell that the floor was very squeaky. I am not a light sleeper so I was surprised when I barely got any sleep both nights of my stay due to the noise.

Our stay at Soujourn’s Place near DuPont Circle was comfortable, the location is very convenient, a couple of walkable blocks away from DuPont Circle that has great restaurants, bars, and a Metro Station. We took the metro to visit the National Mall, Capitol, Memorials, etc. The neighborhood seemed very safe. The place was clean, and while small, it had all the essentials, a microwave, dishes, glasses, cups, a small fridge. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very small, if you are tall or maybe a larger person, you could have difficulties getting inside, I’m tiny and wasn’t the most comfortable but certainly did he job, clean and functional. l and I loved that before our arrival they asked if we wanted a coffee machine and had it in the room upon arrival. If you’re a light sleeper this place might not be for you, you can hear noise from above and outside. I would return because the space is functional, clean, and well located, the administrators are kind and attentive.

This was a great location for the price. As others have said, it is hotel room-sized but my partner and I had no issues. We had trouble getting in when we arrived but someone was available to help us immediately.

Clean room for a great overnight pit stop on a long drive. Hosts were very quick to respond and helped provide options for parking and laundry.
