Antonio's flat was perfect - a cute 2-bed 2-bath flat which included all amenities needed. The outside garden area was ideal for reading a book while sipping on a glass of wine. Antonio was an excellent host - highly recommend!

Casa molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort. Location tranquilla e vicina a tutti i servizi. Una nota di merito alla simpatia dell’host Antonio, sempre disponibile ad offrire consigli su come organizzare al meglio il nostro primo soggiorno sull’isola di Patmos. Torneremo sicuramente!

It was our first time in Patmos. Antonio and Paola are very kind and friendly hosts. The communication among us was great and they were at our disposal for everything from the time we arrived to the time we left. The house is a little jewel, cozy and curated in every single detail, as well as very respectful of the island’s spirit. The cleaning service was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The position is super central and, at the same time, it is located in a very quiet street. Restaurants and shops are very close you can easily reach the main square in 5 minutes on foot. We will for sure come back again to Patmos and stay again at Villa Patmos Netia. Many thanks to Antonio and Paola for making our stay so pleasant !

We were disappointed by this rental due to the Cost/value proposition. We paid 4197€ for one month (reduced by 4 days due to Covid-19 delays). This apartment is actually a one bedroom apartment with two bathrooms eating up the common area (dining table/kitchen). So the common area is really small. A mezzanine has been built on top of the bathrooms facing the kitchen. There is no view from the mezzanine as there is no view from the common area. You directly face the Kitchen’s blind wall (just 3 little openings to bring light behind the bed). The floor plan says “Loft” but it is just to describe the mezzanine (we thought there was actually a separate bedroom when looking at the floor plan with the lines attaching the squares together and the pictures showing not just our unit but the whole sets of units) hence our main disappointment. Each parent had to sleep with one kid as the stairs to the mezzanine were too dangerous for an infant. We would not have rented this place if we had known there was a mezzanine. Total floor area is only around 40-45 square meters for the 2 rooms. The description says there is a view to Hora but there is none from this unit. I guess you would have to go to the upstairs neighbors to see a view. The back terrace faces 3 walls and a door, the view is nice but it is not inviting. We never used it. The main terrace faces a nice little garden, but you have no privacy as most people from other units pass in front of it. The air conditionings are very loud (unknown brands). The one in the common area is too low on the wall to cool the mezzanine so we had to ask for a large noisy fan to bring the cool air up. It made the sleeping experience uncomfortable. Paying so much money for such a small aparment in Skala was a real disappointment. Descriptions were misleading. With a lower price and more accurate description it could be a good budget alternative to a real 2 bedrooms apartment with privacy. In all my years coming to Patmos this was my biggest disappointment in terms of rental. Again I am making that statement based on the price/value proposition. The description has to be rewritten and the pictures changed to better describe the actual offer. I makes me sad to have to write these negative comments but we had so many better alternatives for the same stay on AirBnB that it really spoiled that stay. there were real 2 bedrooms apartment available for a lower price or same price with a view but we were looking for a really separated bedroom to have a little privacy from the kids... instead we had a mezzanine.

Antonio and Paula were excellent hosts and the place has exceeded our expectations. We were having a little holiday, 3 girls, friends. - on arrival we were welcomed and greeted by Antonio who was waiting for us in the port. we were offered a lift to a place conveniently located centrally, but not in the very centre, Skala. - the location was walking distance to the sea, beautiful Meloi beach, and the nearby taverns - the villa is very clean and nicely furnished. we had access to a beautiful garden and two terraces overlooking the garden. - the villa is fully air conditioned and a cleaning lady comes daily to take the rubbish out etc, - Antonio and Paula were very hospitable and friendly, lovely people, - I broke a cork screw and a curtain and told the owners, they were genuinely ok with it. - Patmos itself is a gem and i cant wait to go back. Overall I very much recommend the villa, and hope to be back soon.
