This was our first stay in Port St. Joe Beach. This home and location are hard to beat. The home was modernized and had plenty of kitchen and den space. The open views of the ocean in this area are beautiful. All three of the upstairs bedrooms each had their own private bathroom. The garage had good parking. The porches were excellent with plenty of seating and gorgeous views. The highlight was the minimal effort to get to the beach. The short private boardwalk led to a small dune and then you are on the beach. This is ideal for those who might have ailing knees/hips or mobility issues. The home was easy to find, easy to get into and the host was always quick to respond to inquiries even before the trip. I highly recommend this home.

This house was beautiful, with a perfect view. We enjoyed our adults only vacation. The location was private, without the hustle and bustle of more populated areas. Upon arrival, there was trash torn up outside (could have been left out of the trash can and torn up by an animal) and linens left wet in the dryer. A quick message to the owner and he was very understanding and ensured communication with the cleaning crew. We would definitely stay here again. Thank for for hosting us.

My family and I (8 total) enjoyed our stay at this location. You could not beat the view, The spacious living arrangement or the location to the beach. One review that helped me ahead of time was to bring a baby gate to help toddlers navigate first floor safely- great advice for those with babies. Things I would have done differently would be bring a few extra bathroom towels and rags and bring my own beach chair. However I think this beach house/ location and set up has been my favorite beach vacation to date.

Our other Airbnb canceled on us last minute and D Ben responded back to our request of to stay within minutes. He was super responsive during the trip as well. The house was beautiful with the most amazing view and we had dolphins out front every morning and evening. With a one year old we easily put up a gate downstairs to keep her away from the stairs and the area was super easy for her to navigate safely. The beach is super private and quiet as other beach goers generally stay in front of their homes. Our only issues were the motel behind the house had bright lights at night and the road was loud, however, this only affected two of the four rooms. We had a sound machine which helped with the sound, but curtains would be needed to help with the light. My family would absolutely stay here again. We absolutely hated to leave.
