The apartment is located in a great place. Nearby there are parks, cafes, places where you can have breakfast. The large bazaar is a 10-minute walk away. It will also take 10 minutes to get to the beach. The apartment, despite being in the city center, is very quiet. From the balcony you can see the Atlantic Ocean. There is air conditioning in the living room, which can also be used as heating. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. Nearby there are cafés such as Le Fontie, Uniprix or Papote, my favourites. On the Hasan Second Boulevard there is a great place with local breakfasts, it's called Cremerie Tasty. The apartment has a kitchen, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is close to a collective taxi rank and a bus terminus, where the bus from the airport arrives.

This was our 2nd month long stay at this nice apartment on the fourth floor with a very sunny terrace, perfect for viewing the sunsets. It is relatively comfortable and was very clean. The WiFi is still too slow and Netflix still does not work on the Television. So if you plan to stream watch anything bring a laptop with a HDMI cord to attach to the TV. Please note, you cannot "Cast" to the current TV from a mobile device. Basically the TV and WiFi needs upgrading. Also, it is good that Fatime is now connected to the apartment, since, we have found Abdellah is not good with communication. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here again. The location is great for us. There are many nice cafes, restaurants and bakeries nearby and the beach is about a 20 minute walk away. The apartment is not luxury, but we really enjoy it.

One of the best apartments we stayed in. Good location. Abdel was very helpful, arranged a private pick-up and drop-off to the airport at an affordable rate. The apartment is beautiful. Will surely recommend. The only negative comment is that the photos in the Airbnb listing were not so great, so we were skeptical about booking this. The photos don't give justice to the actual apartment.
