This was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. It was just the basics—bed, bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker—but that was exactly what we were looking for as we planned on spending most of the day in town. Round Top is so close and it’s also close to several other small towns with restaurants, bars, etc. The AC seemed to have a bit of trouble keeping the room cool during the day but was fine at night. Also, there is no door to close or curtain between the bathroom and the rest of the place so if you need privacy while using the toilet, then this isn’t the place for you lol. Enjoyed sipping my coffee on the porch in the morning!

We loved staying at this property. Lovely grounds, comfortable room and the owners were so nice. We loved hearing about their backstory about how it reminded them of where they grew up. Would love to come back and stay in one if the stand alone houses! Definitely recommend for Round Top Antiques Festival goers- really easy to get to it from the property. Thank you!

Our stay with Moji was great! They had an emergency situation that came up and our room wasn’t available and they were quick to communicate and to make other arrangements for us. It was an unavoidable situation and we very much appreciated how they handled it. Very close to the round top shows and property was well lit and had everything we needed for a quick visit! Thank you!!

This dog friendly place is in a beautiful setting, yet remote. It is extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed every minute of our visit.
