I can’t say enough wonderful things about this home, the hosts and my stay. I stayed here from August to October 2021. From the moment I walked in I felt at home and actually wish it were my home it’s that beautiful. Shona and Daniel thought of everything to make you welcome and comfortable during your stay. I loved the personalized note with recommendations for eating and attractions. Some local treats were waiting on the counter and in the fridge. They really went above and beyond with cleaning supplies and toiletries which are so convenient when staying long term. Communication was so easy like chatting with a neighbour or friend. I miss this place already.

Casa Verde was the perfect home base as we were spending the weekend in Albuquerque. Shona welcomed us to the city with a handwritten note and everything about our stay and communication was seamless. House was spacious and each room was just as listed. Super clean and everything labeled and organized for easy use. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. A lot of thought and organization has gone on in order to provide an easy experience. We traveled with an active ten-month-old, and we arrived to a pack-and-play, bouncer, play gym, and bath time aids that Shona had thoughtfully left out for us. Everything in the house was labeled and easy to find, and we enjoyed the eggs, bread, coffee and beer that had been provided. There was plenty of space to lounge around in the living room, and the kitchen/dining area was very spacious. There was even a spot outside on the patio that was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning. We loved our experience there, and got some big kitchen envy. Shona was very proactive and responsive to any need we had. We would definitely stay there again, should we get the chance.

If you think the pictures look good, wait until you see this property in person! It is like a page from a design magazine. Spacious. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable. But I think that perhaps the most important aspect of an Airbnb is that the space was completely practical and met our needs perfectly. Shona was an attentive host who made sure we knew about all the details we needed. It was a perfect place to stay and I have already recommended it to my friends and family for their time in Albuquerque.

This is a great house and is everything it appears to be. No disappointments here. Big, bright, very livable and a convenient location. Master bedroom is well separated from other bedrooms, which makes for good privacy between them. Shona was helpful and extremely responsive to the few minor issues that arose. If it looks right to you - go for it.
