Everywhere in the Annexe was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Ian checked to make sure we were ok. Local bus service was good but finished early. Location is good, as long as you are active, about 1/2 hour walk into Falmouth.

This is a lovely, quiet and self-contained annex. The heated sunroom off the bedroom is fantastic. Very bright and cozy even on a gray day. Parking and access to the annex is direct and convenient. Ian is a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. We really enjoyed the annex and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ian’s Annexe. It had everything we needed and is more roomy than the pictures. All the mod cons and of home. Great location in Falmouth with easy reach to many popular spots. An added bonus was the EV charger, which was so convenient to be able to go out without the added time to charge our car. Ian is a warm and friendly host, and provided clear information on things to do around cornwall. Very much recommend this place.
