Excellent accommodation in a central area very clean and homely

Currently there are building sites at the front and the back of the flat, although little to no noise, Less than 10 mins from station and only a few yards away from entrance onto the city walls with their interesting walks.. Flat clean, tidy and comfortable, kitchen equipped with just about all you would need. Milk ,tea, coffee and sugar supplies were a little sparse especially when there were only two of us living in an accommodation for six. Flat was warm and cosy and comfy beds with extra blankets etc. Adequate bathroom towels , but beware if standing up in the bath to shower as bath is slippery when wet. York is an interesting place to explore , with an part open top tour hop on hop off bus which runs at 30 min intervals, full circuit takes an hour, comes with audio commentary . To little space here to describe everything ,ie York Minster , shambles, the market Jorvik Viking centre, plus much more, should have stayed longer and particularly al 144A Micklegate

Yorguest went out of their way to be as flexible as possible for me when travel plans were changed at the last minute due to a storm. It was a real help and we had a wonderful stay in this really spacious and well appointed flat.

Location was perfect! The bedroom setups were great and everything was clean. Such a great home base while on holiday. Instructions for the washing machine would be very helpful. Thank you!

Lovely place for 2 couples - Very warm and cosy, and welcomed with tasteful Christmas decs, tea, coffee etc
