This place is great! The location is everything it’s south of the main hub of Kailua-kona but so nice. The condo is literally on the water and we saw surfers and whales daily. The sound of the waves was unreal

The view is why we chose this Airbnb and it’s amazing! You are literally right on the ocean. The ocean view from the master suite is also a big plus. Two out of 4 days the pool was closed which would have been nice to have after siteseeing all day. I also feel with the charging a very expensive cleaning fee for just two of us they expected a lot of their guests also being responsible for cleaning before you left. But it was a pretty good location and really the view was what sold us!

great location with plenty of amenities. Great Ocean view . The sounds of the ocean will put you to sleep at night. Alot of great food places just 8 minutes down the road. I would stay again.

First of all, the location of this unit is great! It is a short (10-min) drive into downtown Kona for restaurants. We also found some great ones just south of the unit (the other direction from Kona). The balcony is wonderful, with a ceiling fan, comfy chairs, and front row seats to the surfing. We really enjoyed sitting out there. Also, the location was very quiet at night, and we never had an issue with parking in the garage or out front (both very convenient). The unit is well stocked. The washer and dryer were very nice. Plus, laundry supplies were provided. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked. Plenty of extra towels (including beach towels) were provided as well as beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). There are two bathrooms with nice showers and plenty of counter space. My only negative was that there is only one small AC unit in the living room. This is probably not an issue when the evenings are pleasant and you can open the doors, but we were there right after a tropical storm moved through, and it was very muggy. The front bedroom especially would be very hot if you tried to close the door and wasn't much cooler with the door open. We were able to adapt and still really enjoyed our stay. This is just a comment for hot sleepers (like me) to be aware of and prepared for.
