This was the perfect place for us. The condo is awesome and is so well appointed, beach towels, snorkels, dishes, cleaning supplies. We needed nothing. The pool is amazing and there are 2 restaurants to walk to. It’s very close to Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. I would love to stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time at this condo for April vacation. Justin was a great communicator and was very helpful for our stay. Cowpet Bay is really the best spot on the island and very close to Red Hook and the ferry to st John. Do yourself a favor and rent a car. Taxies are ridiculously expensive. After the first day I went back to the airport and rented a car. The space was excellent and it really had everything you needed. Gnats can be an issue at night, so hopefully they will figure out a solution. We will be back next year.

Give Justin and his team a try. You will not be disappointed. Great place, great location. Quiet, private, beautiful. Everything you could ask for in a resort.

We had a lovely time on vacation staying at Justin’s property. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The process of checking in was smooth and he gave us recommendations for local activities and transportation. The place was spotless and had many welcome amenities. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
